Know Reason Why, a live event that has been held in Osaka since 1999 and saw many bands take the stage, giving Osaka a new wind. This CD is a compilation of West Japan’s hardcore, metalcore, metal, and loud music artists. SAND and palm, two bands that are loved across the country and often support international hardcore acts during their tours, are at the top of the lineup. Next up are fate in spiral and heartless things, two bands that are garnering a lot of attention, as well as the leader of Japan’s melodic death metal scene EMBRACE SELEGY. RAMPANT, a heavy rock band with a female vocalist, BURNING SIGN (organizer of Kobe Harvest festival), Kyoto’s Gusanos, the chaotic hardcore band Arbus, and metalcore band GATES OF HOPELESS also provide tracks.
