2011年3月11日、大地震、津波、原発事故が日本を襲った。
暗いニュースの続く日本の人々のため、世界各国のハードコアコミュニティの
有志たちの声により一つのプロジェクトが立ち上がった。
それは各バンドが楽曲を提供し、コンピレーションCDを制作、
その売上を被災地へ送ろうというものだ。こうして出来上がったのがこの
UNITE FOR RELIEF -A HARDCORE BENEFIT FOR JAPAN-である。
本作は世界中で同時発売、日本、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、韓国などで流通される。
日本のバンドは全て新曲、新録の音源を提供。海外バンドもレア曲を提供したりと、
被災地支援という目的のみならず、
世界中のハードコアバンドを楽しむことができる作品となっている。

On March 11, 2011,the Great East Japan Earthquake struck the country. In the middle of this dark time, the international hardcore community rallied to organize some kind of charitable project. The result is this CD: “UNITE FOR RELIEF - A HARDCORE BENEFIT FOR JAPAN”, a compilation album. It was released simultaneously worldwide in Japan, the US, Europe, South Korea, etc. All Japanese artists have provided original songs for this compilation, while international artists provided rare tracks. An album that allows you to enjoy hardcore bands from around the world while supporting a worthy cause.
